SINGCALL after-sale service related terms are as follows:
一、 Service promise
1、 This warranty is only applicable to the consumers who purchase our products. Consumers purchase products from the date of purchase (purchase invoices and valid purchase receipt for the quasi), receivers and call buttons have 12 months of warranty service. Please contact the customer service department once there is problem, after confirmation can return to factory for maintenance. If there are quality problems within the warranty period, manufacturers bear the cost of maintenance and return shipping charge.
2、 Warranty service is only valid for normal use.
3、 The sent back commodity packing should be intact and the accessories must be complete, if not, cannot be handled.
二、Guarantee regulations
1、  the guarantee is valid only under normal use. Users can not enjoy the maintenance service if damage caused by people, need to pay repair charge.
2、 the warranty period is valid from the purchase date.
3、all kinds of related labels, serial number label do not tear, otherwise no warranty.
4、shell, battery, power adapter and other related accessories and consumables not belong to the scope of warranty.
5、damages caused by irresistible force, does not belong to the scope of the warranty.
三、Not belong to the scope of the warranty( need to pay for repairmen)
1、 beyond the guarantee period.
2、damages caused by customers’ maintenance themselves.
3、there is no warranty and purchase receipt.
4、due to the improper use, inputting the unsuitable power or damaged caused by modification and repackage, etc. Man-made reasons include: self disassembly or modification, natural wear, mechanical damage, water, fire, not operated according to user manual.
